About 38-0 Challenge

38-0 Challenge is an independent browser game built around one deceptively hard idea: draft a football XI good enough to win all 38 league matches and finish the season unbeaten.

What Is 38-0 Challenge?

38-0 Challenge is a free browser game about the perfect football season. You spin club-season squads, draft one XI into a formation, simulate a full 38-match campaign, and find out whether your team can finish 38-0-0. There is no login, no download, and no long management save. The whole challenge is concentrated into a single squad-building run that you can complete in a few minutes and share with friends.

Why We Built It

The invincible season is one of football's most romantic ideas, and we wanted a fast way to test squad-building instinct against it. Most football games ask for hours of transfers, training, and fixtures before the interesting decisions arrive. 38-0 removes that overhead. Every pick matters immediately because your XI has to be flawless, so the fun is in the drafting and the balance, not in menu management.

How the Game Stays Independent

38-0 Challenge is an independent simulator. All interface artwork is original pixel-style design, and the game does not use official badges, kits, or player likenesses. Club and player names appear only to identify historical football data so the draft has recognizable context. The project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, club, player, rights holder, or other 38-0 website.

What Can You Play Right Now?

The site includes the classic draft, a shared daily challenge with the same seed for everyone, private online rooms for head-to-head runs, and public leaderboards for each mode. Several league and tournament-inspired packs change the squads you can draft, and difficulty, rating mode, and era filters let you tune how hard a perfect season should be.

Where the Project Is Heading

We are actively expanding the guides, packs, and community features around the core draft. Player feedback shapes the roadmap more than anything else, so if you have found a data issue, an idea for a new pack, or a rough edge in the interface, we want to hear it. You can reach the team through the contact page.
