Contact 38-0 Challenge
38-0 Challenge is a small independent project, and direct feedback is the fastest way to make it better. Reach out about bugs, football data fixes, leaderboard questions, or content concerns.
How Do You Reach the Team?
The best way to contact us is by email at contact@38-0.games. We read every message, though as a small independent project we cannot always reply immediately. Clear, specific messages help us act faster, so please include the page or game mode you were using and what you expected to happen.
What Should You Contact Us About?
Good reasons to write include gameplay feedback, ideas for new league packs, questions about how the leaderboard or daily challenge works, and reports of confusing or broken behavior. We also welcome corrections to historical football data, since squad accuracy matters to the quality of the draft.
How Do You Report a Problem With the Game?
When reporting a bug, tell us your device and browser, the route or game mode, the settings you chose, and the steps that led to the issue. If a season simulation, share card, or online room behaved unexpectedly, a short description of what you saw versus what you expected is enough for us to start investigating.
Rights, Content, and Removal Requests
38-0 Challenge is an independent simulator that uses original artwork and historical data for identification only. If you hold rights and have a concern about any content, or if you want a public leaderboard display name removed, email us with the details and we will review and respond promptly.
