Your data

Privacy Policy

38-0 Challenge is designed to need very little data. There are no accounts and no passwords, and this policy explains the limited information the football draft game handles and why.

What Data Does 38-0 Challenge Collect?

38-0 Challenge does not ask you to create an account, and it does not collect names, emails, or payment details to play. The only data involved is anonymous usage analytics, small values stored in your own browser, and, if you choose to submit a result, the display name and run statistics you attach to a leaderboard entry. Everything else about your session stays on your device.

How Does the Game Use Google Analytics?

The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage, such as how many people start a draft, complete a season, share a result, or join a room. These events are counted in aggregate to guide improvements and are not used to build a personal profile of you. Analytics is provided by Google, which processes this data under its own terms as a third party.

What Is Stored in Your Browser?

To make online rooms work, the game stores a random participant identifier and your chosen display name in your browser's local storage. These values stay on your device and are only transmitted when you actively join a room or submit a season result. Clearing your browser storage removes them, and doing so does not stop you from playing the single-player game.

How Do Leaderboards and Shared Results Work?

When you submit a completed season to a leaderboard, the display name you entered and the run's statistics, such as record, points, goals, and settings, are saved on our backend so the public leaderboard can show them. Because leaderboard names are public, please do not enter personal information as your display name. You can ask us to remove an entry at any time.

Cookies, Third Parties, and Your Choices

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure usage, and you can limit or block these through your browser settings, private browsing, or a tracking blocker without breaking the game. Season results are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure that hosts the site and its data. You remain in control: block analytics if you prefer, avoid submitting a score, or contact us to remove leaderboard data.

Children, Changes, and Contact

38-0 Challenge is a general-audience game and is not directed at children, and we ask that a display name never reveal a real identity. We may update this policy as the project evolves and will revise the date shown on the page when we do. For any privacy question or removal request, contact us at contact@38-0.games.
